A report published in early September by the Royal Society for Public Health
(RSPH, 2017) has highlighted efforts by the food and drink industry to
'upsell' products, with customers persuaded to buy something additional
at the point of sale, leading to higher consumption of calories and
potentially rising obesity levels.
